Donald Mitchell

President

Don S. Mitchell joined Chaska, Minnesota-based TEL FSI, Inc., as Chief Executive Officer and President in December 1999. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in March 2000, and in January 2002, became Chairman of the Board.

Prior to his association with TEL FSI, since its formation in 1998 he was President of Air Products Electronic Chemicals, Inc., located in Carlsbad, Calif., a division of Pennsylvania-based Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. From 1991 to 1998 he served as President of Schumacher, a leading global chemical equipment and services supplier to the semiconductor industry. He held various executive positions, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mitchell served on the board of directors of Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI), a leading global industry trade association, from 1994 to 2005 and as its 1999/2000 board chairman.

Benno Sand

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Benno Sand joined TEL FSI in 1982. He was appointed Vice President of Finance in 1987 and has held his current position since January 2000. During his tenure at TEL FSI, Sand has served in several executive financial management roles, including Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Sand is a director of various TEL FSI subsidiaries as well as Apprecia Technology, Inc.

Patricia Hollister

Vice President, Finance and Administration

Patricia Hollister has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 1998. She joined TEL FSI in 1995 as corporate Controller, a position she held until November 1999. Prior to TEL FSI, Hollister worked at KPMG Peat Marwick LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she served over 12 years on various audit and consulting engagements, most recently as a senior manager.

John Ely

Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Service

John Ely was named corporate Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Services in March 2009. Prior positions held at TEL FSI included Vice President of Global Sales and Service; President of TEL FSI’s Surface Conditioning Division; Sales, Marketing and Applications Manager; and other positions with increasing responsibility since joining TEL FSI in 1985. Previous to TEL FSI, he was the Western Territory Sales Manager based in California for Galtek, a subsidiary of Entegris. He received an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in 1996.

Scott Becker

Vice President, Engineering

Scott Becker was named corporate Vice President of Engineering in March 2009. Since joining TEL FSI in 1992, previous positions included Vice President of Marketing and Product Management; Chief Technologist; Single Wafer Product Manager; and Process Development Engineer.

Previous to TEL FSI he held engineering and business development management positions for Honeywell’s Solid State Electronics Division. Becker also served as co-chair of the Surface Prep Sub-Technology Working Group of the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors. Dr. Becker holds several wafer-cleaning patents and has authored many papers on cleaning technologies. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame in 1984.

John Walker

Vice President, Operations

John Walker was named Vice President of Operations in September 2007. In addition, he retains his role as General Manager of TEL FSI Allen, TX operations and POLARIS^™ Systems & Services. Since joining TEL FSI in 1994, prior positions included Vice President of Strategic Initiatives; Director of Product Management for Microlithography; Manager of Manufacturing Operations; and other sales and account management functions. Prior to TEL FSI, Walker held manufacturing engineering and management positions at Honeywell’s Military Avionics Division. Mr. Walker has a MS in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
