Ownership of this Site
As between you and FSI, FSI owns and shall own all right, title and interest in and to the intellectual property, including, without limitation, all copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, whether now existing or as may come into existence, embodied in or associated with this Site, including without limitation the content and trademarks displayed on this Site.
