FSI International Launches Surface Preparation Seminars in China and Taiwan
MINNEAPOLIS (March 2, 2004) -- FSI International, Inc. (Nasdaq:
FSII) today announced that the company will host two seminars
in March that will focus on the latest in surface preparation
technology. These half-day seminars, to be held in China and
Taiwan, will cover a variety of surface preparation applications
and feature presentations from FSI, as well as IC manufacturers
and cleaning chemistry suppliers. This unique opportunity will
bring together the customer and supplier community to discuss
how FSI products and technologies are addressing current semiconductor
manufacturing technology and productivity requirements.
The first of the two surface preparation seminars, titled “Ensuring
High Yield for IC Manufacturing,” is scheduled to take
place on March 16, the afternoon prior to the opening of SEMICON
China, at the Ramada Plaza Pudong/Shanghai (18 Xin Jin Qiao
Road, Pudong, Shanghai, China).
The second seminar, “Cleaning Technology for 65-nm and
Beyond,” will be held on March 23 at the Ambassador Hotel
Hsinchu (No. 188, Chung Hwa Road, Sec 2, Hsinchu, Taiwan).
